Brewsky

Nitro cold brew coffee is stored in a cask and poured from a tap, similar to a brew tap, which gives it a smooth creamy appearance and taste. You can drink it as it is or add in some cold milk to finish it off.

We love it when people discover and enjoy our fresh cold brew coffee so come and visit our Wynyard Street cafe to have a try and we’ll show you how it is made.

If you own a cafe or restaurant in Auckland, or further afield, and are interested in offering cold brew coffee to your customers then get in touch to find out more about the Nitro cold brew system and how our team can supply and set up the equipment in your business.

The Nitro cold brew difference

Cold brew coffee is commonly associated with America, having been a popular drink in the states since the early 2000’s.

It is different from iced coffee which is brewed hot and served cold whereas cold brewed coffee is simply coffee, brewed cold.

Our Nitro cold brew coffee is a pure compound of two ingredients: organic coffee and nitrogen bubbles. The cold brewing process brings out the complex, subtle flavours of the coffee and charging the coffee with Nitrogen gas gives it, it’s extra creamy texture.

When it is poured out the tap, cold brew is sugar and dairy free.

The Brewsky Kegerator

The Brewsky kegerator is a small bar fridge with 2 externally mounted taps.

It has room for 2×19 litre kegs plus the nitro gas bottle inside the fridge.

There is also the ability to externally mount a separate gas bottle if required such as CO2 for Kombucha.
